If you have installed the Harvest America Web Delivery Application but the video is not playing, you may need to change some firewall settings to allow the video stream into your computer. You will need to make sure port 80 (http) and port 443 (https) are allowed in your firewall. You will also need to ensure that the following domains are not blocked:
- harvestamerica.com
- harvest.org
- akamaihd.net
- appsupport.net
